I was hired as an external partner to lead the redesign of the Kourtidis Group's social media presence. The core challenge was to create a unified and modern visual language that could be applied across all of the group's diverse companies. My solution was to develop a scalable system of design templates that would ensure brand consistency while allowing for future flexibility and content needs.
The process
My process was highly collaborative and iterative. I maintained close communication with all stakeholders and the marketing team, ensuring my designs were aligned with the group’s vision and brand strategy. By prioritizing a feedback-driven workflow, I was able to rapidly produce and refine designs that effectively communicated the brand's message to its clients.
My role
As a freelance external partner, I was the sole designer on this project. I was responsible for the entire visual strategy, from initial concept to final execution. My role required me to produce effective designs that not only met brand standards but also gained approval from all involved departments and stakeholders, a testament to my ability to manage a project independently.
